Expanding digital academic library and archive services at the University of Calgary in response to the COVID-19 pandemic

چکیده
Despite the uncertain challenges facing libraries of all types during COVID-19 pandemic, new best practices and innovative ways approaching services have emerged. Including groundbreaking Taylor Family Digital Library in 2011, University Calgary Libraries Cultural Resources has been contributing towards ongoing development digital academic library. The pandemic necessitated a rapid leveraging skills, platforms, expertise, models service delivery to continue providing exceptional transformative experiences for community. initiatives discussed this article include online work teams, virtual 360-degree tours, library chat service, collections agreements, remote archives special collections.
